Key Responsibilities:
Support and meet the needs of young people in accordance with their individual care plans.
Personal Care may be required in this role
Collaborate with young people, families, social workers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
Safeguard the welfare and safety of the young people, ensuring work aligns with legislative and procedural requirements.
Participate in planning and reviewing care, health, and education plans for young people.
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes personal development and social care best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Understanding of developmental needs
of young people (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and educational).
Knowledge of
Child Protection procedures
and Social Care Services.
Team player
with the ability to demonstrate sensitivity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage
emotional stress
and motivate both yourself and others.
