Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Hove for a B2B Sales Agent. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and converting sales opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Agent will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate deliveries. Additionally, the role requires proactive communication with potential and existing business customers to understand their needs and offer tailored stone products and solutions for their projects.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
* Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and meet targets
* Experience or knowledge of Insurance and related processes is a plus
* Prior experience in Training or guiding others in a sales or service environment is advantageous
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to client needs
