Sales & Events Executive – 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start) £40,000 pro rata
Split-site: The Lighterman & The Broadcaster

Join our events team at the busiest (and most exciting) time of the year.
We’re looking for a sharp, confident and highly organised Sales & Events Executive to jump in and support our busy events teams across two iconic venues – The Lighterman and The Broadcaster. This is a fixed-term contract for three months, starting immediately, to help manage a high volume of private and corporate events.
If you’ve used TripleSeat and SevenRooms, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy delivering seamless guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support the Sales Cycle: Assist our Sales & Events Managers in coordinating enquiries, preparing proposals, and managing bookings across both venues.
* Client Liaison: Be a key point of contact for clients – answering queries, providing recommendations, and ensuring every detail is covered.
* System Management: Confidently navigate TripleSeat and SevenRooms to maintain accurate booking information, track leads, and process confirmations.
* Event Coordination: Prepare function sheets, chase deposits and final numbers, and relay key event details to our operations teams.
* Keep Things Moving: Help manage calendar updates, email responses, and last-minute changes with clarity and speed.
What we’re looking for:
* Immediate availability and ability to commit for the full 3-month contract
* Strong knowledge of TripleSeat and SevenRooms – this is essential
* Events and hospitality experience – especially in fast-paced venues
* A highly organised, proactive communicator who thrives under pressure
* A team player with a guest-first mindset and can-do attitude
