An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive legal team based in Bexleyheath. This role offers a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a busy residential property department within a firm known for its strong client focus and collaborative culture.The RoleThe successful candidate will assist fee earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing work. Duties will include:
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents
* Conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Managing files and keeping them updated throughout the conveyancing process
* General administrative support
The Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is essential
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload
* A genuine interest in property law and client care
