Shift Pattern Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1700
* Operate a reach truck to retrieve pallets from racking and transport them to the designated production area, ensuring all movements are accurately recorded using a handheld scanner.
* Utilise computer systems to monitor production progress and ensure inventory is correctly positioned for efficient operations.
* Safely store pallets in the racking system, scanning each one to verify proper placement.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment by following a "clean as you go" policy, keeping both the warehouse and equipment in optimal condition.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support warehouse operations.
* Assist in stock control by promptly reporting any discrepancies to a senior staff member upon discovery.
* Previous experience in warehouse operations (Essential)
* Reach truck license (Essential)
* Counterbalance license (Essential)
* Strong understanding of stock management principles.
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance, regulatory standards, housekeeping, and health & safety protocols.
* Willingness to work shifts as required.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks, with basic PC literacy, including the ability to use computer systems for generating pick lists (training provided).
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to following procedures accurately.
* Experience operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) is preferred, though training will be provided if necessary.
* Solid understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
