What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting private equity transactions from start to finish, including fund formations and portfolio company deals
* Assisting with closings, preparing signing packs, and coordinating completions
* Managing and filing transaction documents efficiently
* Liaising with colleagues, opposing counsel, and overseas teams
* Conducting legal research, updating precedents, and supporting pitches and tenders
* Helping maintain knowledge management resources and performing routine company searches

Who we’re looking for:
* Strong academics and LPC/BPTC qualified
* Previous paralegal experience in private equity or corporate law
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Confident communicator with strong research and drafting skills
