EYFS SEN Teaching Assistants – Lancaster (LA1)

✨ The Role:
* Supporting children within EYFS, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Helping to create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
* Encouraging children’s development, independence and confidence

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children in EYFS
* Have a passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Be patient, nurturing and proactive
* Work well as part of a team
A Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
