Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Coatbridge, ML5
Shift Times/Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5:00 – 11:30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.54 plus shift allowance and benefits below.
About the Role
This role supports Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe through Alliance Healthcare. You will be a key player in ensuring the integrity of the medical supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Achieve agreed productivity level.
* Respond quickly to calls for empty channels from station controllers.
* Fill the machine correctly to avoid stock damage or ejector breakage.
* Maintain maximum fill levels to prevent breakage from excess weight.
* Inform the automat controller of any change in pack size, stock run‑out, wrong or damaged stock on shelves.
* Keep multi‑channel fill levels maintained.
* Report broken ejectors, unusual noises immediately.
* Keep shelves tidy—remove stock from boxes and strip shrink‑wrap.
* Comply with Health & Safety regulations when filling and reaching for stock.
* Perform general warehouse tasks as required.

Physical Requirements
Must be capable of standing and walking for long periods and performing manual handling in line with health & safety standards. Reasonable adjustments cannot be made for applicants unable to perform manual handling duties.
