Overview
Construction Workshop Facilitator and Resource Manager — Full time, 37 hours per week, £25,685 per annum. Stephen Burke Construction Academy, Swadlincote Campus
Responsibilities
* Support practical sessions across a range of construction workshop environments with a focus within Carpentry and Joinery and Bricklaying provision.
* Manage the preparation of workshop resources, stock levels and general maintenance of these practical areas within the academy.
Qualifications and experience
* Ideally hold a Carpentry and Joinery or Bricklaying qualification or have experience suitable to these environments; health and safety experience is beneficial. The College welcomes applications from enthusiastic construction vocational specialists in maintenance, electrical installation, plumbing, carpentry and joinery or brickwork.
* Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
