Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Manage bookings for restaurant and tours
* Assist with administrative tasks including invoicing and booking forms
* Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
* Support other team members with various office tasks as needed.
Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
* Experience in data entry and clerical work is advantageous.
