Salary: £61,000 - 83,000 per year Requirements: We require previous experience working at a senior level within an ICT environment, preferably within a Local Authority or Public Sector organisation. We require a proven background in delivering multiple concurrent IT or systems projects, working with senior stakeholders in complex environments. We require experience managing budgets and resource allocation across projects. We require strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and MSP. We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities: We manage a portfolio of IT and information systems projects. We lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to completion. We analyse business requirements and support the delivery of appropriate IT solutions. We oversee programme resource planning and budget management. We produce regular programme status reports. We provide PMO support and direction to Project Analysts.
