The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Rochdale.
This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in paint application, finishing, and production work, who's comfortable working with substances and materials in a workshop or factory environment.

Main Duties:
* Preparing, painting and finishing products to a high standard
* Mixing and applying paints or coatings as required
* Inspecting, repairing, and preparing products for dispatch
* Using a range of hand and power tools
* Supporting with general production and warehouse tasks
* Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Happy working around paints, coatings, and related materials
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Reliable and proactive attitude

Hours of Work:
* Mon - Wed: 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Thu: 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Fri: 7:00am - 3:00pm
* Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours

Pay Rates:
* Start: £12.65 per hour
* After 6 weeks: £12.95 per hour
* Permanent rate: £13.45 per hour
* + Overtime at time and a half
