About the Role\nEarn while you learn and start a career that makes a real difference.\nThis Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a professional public service organisation while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and earning a competitive salary.\nYouâll work as part of a Local Court team, providing vital administrative support that helps cases progress efficiently and fairly through Scotlandâs justice system. Alongside your day to day role, youâll receive structured learning and protected study time to achieve an SVQ in Business Administration (SCQF Level 6), with full support from experienced colleagues and assessors.\n\nThere are currently vacancies available in COPFS offices across Scotland. This is a permanent, full time role with clear development opportunities. Many of our apprentices go on to progress within COPFS or across the wider civil service.
