ALT Agency, a leading digital marketing specialist founded in 2006, is seeking a hungry, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. We help finance companies, e-commerce businesses, and B2B organisations turn their websites into lead-generating machines.

Your Mission:
Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
Build and nurture client relationships across multiple touchpoints
Present solutions to prospects from initial pitch to project recommendations
Bridge the gap between client needs and our technical delivery teams
Identify upselling and account growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years proven sales/business development experience (agency background preferred)
Self-motivated hunter mentality - you love the chase and the win
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with both virtual and in-person client interactions
Understanding of digital marketing, web design, and conversion optimisation
Results-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
UK-based for client relationship management
Compensation That Rewards Performance:
Competitive base salary (£36K+ depending on experience)
Uncapped commission structure: 5% on retainer revenue, 10% on project work
OTE £60-70K+ for top performers
Commission paid monthly on sustained retainer book value
