Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Location: Malton area
Pay Rate: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026 or sooner
GSL Education are seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work within a secondary SEMH provision in the Malton area, supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour and require consistent adult guidance.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
* Support pupils with behavioural challenges
* Assist with behaviour management strategies
* Promote positive conduct and engagement
* Support pupils during lessons and transitions
* Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
Requirements
* Experience in behaviour or SEMH support
* Understanding of behaviour management strategies
* Confident and calm approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
