We are supporting a private equity-backed service provider in Hull that is undergoing a significant business transformation programme, including operational change, systems improvement and major capital investment. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support the leadership team through this next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and investment teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial business partnering across key operational and transformation workstreams Build and deliver robust budgets, forecasts and performance reporting Lead CAPEX appraisal, ROI modelling and investment cases Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and insight Challenge assumptions and drive improved commercial outcomes Support process improvement and financial rigour across the business Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven interim experience in senior business partnering roles Strong financial modelling, investment appraisal and CAPEX experience Comfortable operating in PE-backed, fast-paced and transformational environments Confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial decisions
