The Job
We are seeking an experienced Front of House / Office Administrator, ideally with a background in reception or front desk duties, to join a well-established law firm. The successful candidate will provide professional support to the wider office team, including assisting with audio dictation and handling a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required. This is a varied role encompassing a broad range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and dynamic firm.
Your Package/Benefits:
* Competitive Salary - £24,000-£26,000
* Full time/ Part time hours considered for the right candidate

The Person
* Experience working as a Receptionist/Front of house
* Previous experience in a law firm (desired)
* Must have experience with audio dictation
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional demeanour
* Excellent IT skills
