Bodyshop Technician Opportunity in Cambridge

What's On Offer?
1. Competitive salary up to £50,000 per year
2. Flexible working hours, with options between 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm
3. Overtime paid at x1.00 depending on experience
4. Full time, permanent position with steady earning potential

Duties as a Bodyshop Technician will include:
6. Carry out high-standard paint spraying and mechanical tasks in line with manufacturer specifications
7. Manage and oversee workshop progress ensuring timely completion of work
8. Progress chasing and liaising with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency
9. Maintain quality control standards across all repair and servicing tasks
10. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workshop environment
Requirements that the Bodyshop Technician will need:
11. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer and Auto Electrician within a busy workshop environment
12. Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and standards
13. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
14. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
15. Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
