About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the fast-paced accounts receivable team who will contribute to the company’s financial performance through efficient processing and collection of customer payments. Main duties include:
1. Ensure invoices and credits are sent to all credit customers
2. Ensure all payments coming into the company are correctly posted to the system
3. Ensure payments are received within the agreed payment terms
4. Ensure all overdue debts are cleared on a timely basis by month end
5. Maintain customer relationships
6. Increase credit limits when requested by sales team
7. Create new customer accounts as and when required in line with company policy
8. Create Allicat online accounts and deal with customer queries as and when required
9. Obtain PODs from branches and external carriers
10. Ad hoc duties as and when required to support the credit control

About You
What you'll need to succeed:
11. Finance administration experience
12. Work accurately and efficiently with exceptional attention to detail
13. An excellent communicator having dealt with customer complaints
14. Confident and polite telephone manner
15. IT Literate/Microsoft Office Proficient
16. Ideally experience in Sales Ledger or Credit Control
