The Opportunity:
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing the companys extensive client base.
The majority of your day will be managing all incoming calls to the business.
You will deal directly with clients over the phone resolving any technical/ customer issue and resolving them.
The business sell their products to a variety of manufacturers across the UK, therefore your role will be varied from day to day and may include some introductions of new products although this is NOT a sales role
