What You’ll Do:
* Active business development: bringing in new clients through networking, meetings, cold-calling, and current client penetration.
* Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and collaboration for long-term connections.
* Innovate and drive: finding new recruitment methods, seeking opportunities beyond current practices, managing accounts with strategic thinking and trust.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 36 months of Technology recruitment experience
* A proven 360 Billing profile – Principal Consultants expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
* Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
* Desire to be part of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
* Proven success in their niche with aspirations for career growth and a flexible lifestyle
* Resilient and disciplined to maintain consistency
* Ambitious and self-motivated to become a future leader
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
* Passion for Tech for Good
