We are working with a small, family-run business based in West Oxfordshire, who are looking for a full time Workshop Engineer to join their friendly team.
As part of the service team, you will be supporting customers and colleagues through a varied and rewarding range of tasks - both in the field and in their workshop.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Attending customer appointments for equipment servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and part fittings
. Providing technical support to consultants in the workshop
. Assisting with general workshop duties and maintenance
. Conducting assessments for new equipment with customers
. Giving clear, accurate, and appropriate advice and recommendations
. Ensuring timely follow-up through quotes and communication after assessments
. Maintaining up-to-date records of customer orders and ensuring all work is invoiced accurately
. Responding to customer and colleague queries with professionalism and efficiency
. Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Key requirements:
. Hands-on experience or working knowledge of mechanical and electrical products
. Strong communication skills - able to build rapport with elderly and less abled customers
. Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
. A flexible, team-focused attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
. Full UK driving licence
