TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team acrossShropshire.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
* Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
About the Role:
* Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
* Carry out 6-8 completed surveys per day
* Induction provided to use the software.
* Pay per survey
* Fixed term contract
* Weekly pay
What Were Looking For
* Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years)
* Strong background within the housing sector
