The role:
1. Managing own caseload of administrations from inception to handover (following conduct report submission)
2. Driving case progression and statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders
3. Ensuring the correct application of Corporate Insolvency Procedures
4. Conducting investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the Company
5. Liaising with third parties such as agents and solicitors
6. Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance
7. Dealing with directors of insolvent companies, including client visits, as required
8. Having responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
9. Having a degree of autonomy in decision making
The successful candidate:
10. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator with between three to five years’ relevant experience.
11. Experience of managing a diverse caseload from start to completion.
12. Experience of liaising directly with clients from the initial meeting onwards.
13. Good numeracy and analytical skills

16. Ability to identify and deal with high-risk issues

23. As the role requires analysis and preparation of financial data, an accountancy or insolvency qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
