Job Role
Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, there is an opening for a Building Surveyor to join the Cardiff team. This role combines both professional services and project delivery across multiple sectors.
What you'll be doing:
* Conducting condition surveys, defect analysis, and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
* Leading refurbishment projects from concept through to completion, including project management and contract administration.
* Managing projects valued up to £2m under NEC and JCT contracts.
* Working across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence, Custodial, and Public Sector.
* Operating independently, while staying connected with a wider collaborative team.

Requirements
* 2-3 years post-qualification experience (working towards Chartership).
* Proven project delivery experience and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel (Microsoft Project and Revit experience desirable).
* A practical, professional approach with a strong focus on quality and service.
