Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain a People Advisor ona permanent basis. This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield.

Some of your duties for this will include:
* Being first point of contact for the people team
* Providing support for managers on complex ER matters up to dismissal
* Assisting with training sessions
* Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
* Building and maintaining relationships with managers
You will ideally come with experience of working in a similar position and be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified. And of course, you will have excellent administration and fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate and be able to work well under pressure!
In return our client is offering a salary of up to £36k + £1,500 bonus, plus some fantastic benefits, including; 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking.
