Structural Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected structural engineering consultancy based on the outskirts of Manchester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Structural Engineer to join their growing team.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from commercial and residential developments to complex steel and concrete structures, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver structural engineering designs across a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
2. Carry out structural analysis and detailed calculations.
3. Collaborate with technicians, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
4. Review drawings and models to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
5. Contribute to design meetings and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
6. Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng or equivalent).
7. Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status (ICE/IStructE).
8. Strong experience in structural design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
9. Proficiency with structural analysis software.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
