Role: Store Manager
Location: Wembley
Salary: £41,910 per annum (OTE £46,101) plus benefits
Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the stores opening and closing times.
The role is to lead store performance and drive exceptional customer service while developing the team and managing day-to-day store operations.

* Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Managing, recognising and rewarding your team while maximizing the performance of your store
* Identifying the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
* Creating a working environment where people are happy to come into work
* Full ownership of store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensuring you and your team provide the highest level of customer service
* Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
* Taking accountability for all aspects of store operations, including cleanliness and maintenance, health and safety standards, store security, and accurate administration
* Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
