Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, driving sales, stock management, and KPI performance
* Maximise sales while ensuring excellent customer service
* Identify and act on commercial opportunities within the local area
* Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to Head Office
* Minimise avoidable costs and risks in-store
* Manage HR responsibilities including recruitment, motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team
* Create a positive, collaborative, and friendly working environment
* Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and marketing campaign guidelines
* Maintain in-store health and safety standards
