The Role
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients—both in person and on the phone—and play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will:

Greet and check in clients and their pets

Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
*
Schedule appointments and manage the diary system
*
Process client payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate records
*
Handle general administrative duties and support the clinical team as needed
*
Provide friendly, compassionate service and build rapport with pet owners
What We’re Looking For

Excellent customer‑service skills and a warm, professional manner
*
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
*
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*
Good IT literacy; familiarity with practice management software is a plus

A genuine passion for animal welfare and client care
*
Previous veterinary reception or customer‑service experience preferred—but not essential
Hours & Location

We have both full‑time and part‑time positions available
*
Flexible shift patterns, including early starts and occasional Saturday
