Job Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to clients in their daily activities.
* Assist with personal care and hygiene needs as required.
* Encourage and promote independence and self-sufficiency among clients.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
* Document and report on client progress and any concerns to the management team.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a support worker role or similar position.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting.
* Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices.
