We have an opportunity for a new team member to support the team in meeting legislative and statutory requirements.
The Role: As an Environmental Health and Licensing Support Team Officer, you are the first point of contact for queries relating to licensing within Cambridge City. You will deliver administrative and technical support within Environmental Health & Licensing, including processing applications, producing licences, permits & consents as required, in line with legislation and operational standards.
About You: You will have a keen eye for detail, an enthusiastic approach to work, and strong communication skills at all levels. Due to ongoing legislative changes, you must be flexible and adaptable to changing processes and work demands. Basic experience and understanding of legislative requirements within licensing are essential, with opportunities for further development through relevant training.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: GBP 31,586 - GBP 35,235 per annum (City Pay Band 4)
Location: Flexible - on-site in Cambridge, at one of our offices, or working from home, allowing you to balance your work location.
