An amazing apprenticeship opportunity where you will learn to plan and supervise child activities, ensure children's well-being and safety, and work with families and other professionals to support children's development and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the supervision and care of children, ensuring a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
• Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Help prepare and serve snacks and meals, encouraging healthy eating habits
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, supporting with daily cleaning tasks and hygiene routines
• Contribute to observations and assessments of children’s progress, supporting their individual learning journeys
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Attend training sessions and complete all coursework and assignments as required by your apprenticeship programme
• Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality
