We are pleased to present a temporary opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to support our GP practices. This role is initially for two weeks with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work within a primary care environment offering high-quality clinical support and patient consultations.

Provide expert advice on medicines and prescribing.
Manage repeat prescriptions and ensure safe effective processes.
Deliver structured patient consultations and clinical support.
Contribute to medicines optimisation across the practice.
Support the wider clinical team with pharmacy-related tasks.
Ensure safe evidence-based pharmaceutical care.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Completion of the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway.
* Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Extensive primary care experience.
* Strong ability to manage workload independently.
* Excellent communication and patient-focused approach.

* A valid passport is required.
* Non-British passport holders must provide a Right to Work share code.
* Verification of GPhC registration will be required.
