What you will do
* Carry out assessments, support plans, and reviews for children and carers within the fostering service.
* Facilitate and support the matching process between children and foster carers.
* Provide professional support to foster carers, ensuring they can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
* Work collaboratively with various professionals and agencies to promote the welfare of the children in foster care.
* Maintain up-to-date records and reports in line with Social Services policies and procedures.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Demonstrable frontline experience in Social Services as a qualified Social Worker within the UK.
