* Touring members and showcasing state-of-the-art facilities.
* Understanding customer needs to promote and sell InspireAll (IA) memberships.
* Converting self-generated leads with integrity to achieve personal sales targets.
* Onboarding members with the knowledge to succeed and feel confident on their fitness journey.
* Positively influencing those around you of the IA sales and retention process.

* The ability to deliver results using organisation and structure.
* An active listener and confident communicator across different channels.
* Warm, friendly, approachable – someone who is confident to reach out to the local communities and businesses.
* Infectious passion and energy for the industry.
* Understanding the need to be flexible and adaptable to working patterns to drive success which will include evening and weekend work patterns.
