Role Overview
As a Management Accountant, you'll work at the heart of the business, partnering with the Head of Finance and site teams to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and support key decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and support key decision-making alongside the Head of Finance and site teams.
* Monitor performance, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes.
* Own weekly and monthly reporting, variance analysis, stock control, and budgeting support.
* Improve systems and processes in a dynamic operational environment.
Qualifications
* Detail-driven finance professional with strong Excel skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
