From 1 December 2025, our updated Pay and Reward package will take effect, introducing a new approach to recognising and rewarding roles across the Council. As part of this change, the salary for this role will be adjusted to a pay range of £28,142-££31,537 (pro-rata for part time) - Pay protection will not apply We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. BCP Council is looking to recruit several LGV/HGV Drivers who are flexible and willing to drive a range of vehicles. We operate a Refuse, Recycling and Food Waste service within the local area. The positions are full-time for 37 hours a week. It may involve some weekend working, early starts and some late finishes. Good communication skills are essential as you will be speaking to members of the public and some commercial customers. If you are a flexible, hardworking, team player, who is able to carry out instructions efficiently and is proud to get the job done well, you will be an asset to our team.
