High-End Bespoke Joiner (Nationwide travel)

You’ll join an established, well-resourced manufacturer of bespoke contract furniture and high-end interiors, known for precision craftsmanship and on-time delivery for blue-chip projects across Ireland and the UK. The workshop is modern, the team is skilled and welcoming, and you’ll be trusted with premium materials, tools, and finishes on prestige fit-outs.
What you’ll do
* Manufacture and install high-end bespoke joinery (kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, reception counters, feature joinery, etc.) to exacting tolerances.
* Read and interpret detailed drawings/CAD, set out on site, and solve problems quickly and cleanly.
* Carry out high-quality site fitting nationwide: second-fix, scribing, templating, alignment, and finishing to premium standards.
* Collaborate with production managers, site managers, and designers to hit programme dates while protecting quality.
* Follow best practice for H&S, site etiquette, and care of tools/vehicles.
* Mentor apprentices/junior fitters where needed.
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years’ experience in premium/bespoke joinery (manufacture and on-site fitting).
* Mastery of hand tools and modern woodworking machinery; strong finishing skills.
* Confidence with drawings, setting-out, and site coordination with other trades.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional UK trips a plus).
* Pride in workmanship, reliability, and a solutions mindset.
