With proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, you will support various administrative functions while ensuring effective communication with both clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
1. Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
3. Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
4. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
5. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
6. Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
7. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
8. Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
