Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations, and price enquiries.
* End-to-end management of Client, Wholesale & Stock repairs.
* End-to-end management of Special Orders & Bespoke items.
* Liaising with suppliers and workshops to ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders.
* Organising workshop dispatches and collections via couriers.
* Receiving and recording inbound parcels.
* Onboarding replenishment stock and wholesale stock alongside the Product Management Coordinator.
* Supporting the Merchandising, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely Assay management.
* QC and onboarding of stock & repairs.
* Assisting the Production Coordinator & Designer with gemstone inventories and sourcing of stones.
* Performing ad-hoc administrative duties related to Client Services.
* Participating in projects to improve processes & procedures.
Skills + Attributes required:
* Jewellery expertise essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with delivery portals such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
* Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
* Good analytical and organisational skills
* Able to multi-task and prioritise
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable with stock and IT systems (full training provided)
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
