Position Overview:
* Role: Teaching Assistant
* Start Date: September 2025
* Salary: £450 to £500 per week
* Contract Type: Full-Time
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of educational needs. A solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is essential as you provide personalised support to individual students or small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with their Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students to aid their personal and academic development.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students, teachers, and parents.
* Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and manage any challenges that arise effectively.
