Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8.Contracted hours: 40 per week

We now require an additional Manufacturing Engineer to join the team due to expansion. This role will require an understanding in to how components are made out of metal – techniques such as machining, fabrication, cutting, anodising and metal manipulation. You will create manufacturing route cards (SOP’s and methods to manufacture) to ensure the best methods to manufacture.
The ideal candidate Manufacturing Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Previous experience writing SOP’s, methods of manufacture
Knowledge of machining and fabrication of metal components
Ability to read manufacturing drawings and specifications and break out the details and processes required for each operation required for manufacture.
Competence in Office particularly Excel, Word and Project.
