Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for an Interim Industrial Cleaning Manager. This would be a full time, fixed term position based out of the company’s site on the Isle of Bute, this is expected to initially last 3 months. A critical role the business you will be tasked with managing a team of 8 operatives across 2 sites. 6pm – 2am Monday – Friday, Accommodation can be provided on the Island. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of cleaning operatives. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily cleaning operations across industrial sites. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvements. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control costs effectively. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Provide training and development to staff on cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
