In addition to leading a Key Stage 2 class, you will also take on the exciting role of English Lead. This leadership position offers a chance to shape the direction of English across the school and inspire a love of reading and writing throughout the community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum. Lead the development and implementation of a vibrant, inclusive English curriculum. Support and coach colleagues to ensure consistently excellent English teaching and learning. Promote a culture of reading and writing across the school, enriching pupils' literacy experiences. Organise and lead literacy-based events, including book weeks, author visits, and writing competitions. Champion innovative strategies that make English exciting and meaningful for all learners.
