Legal Secretary
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum
I am currently representing a leading law firm specialising in Private Client and Conveyancing. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing and organising case files and legal records
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
* Handling client inquiries and communications
* Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
* Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
* Performing general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
* Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
