Job Summary: The MEP Storeman is responsible for the efficient management of materials, tools, and equipment used in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. This role ensures the proper storage, tracking, and distribution of site inventory to support ongoing construction and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of MEP materials and equipment. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organisation of stock in line with health and safety standards. * Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital stock systems. * Monitor stock levels and notify site management of reordering needs. * Prevent material wastage and report any damaged or missing items. * Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies. * Keep the stores area clean, secure, and compliant with regulations. * Track and manage return of tools and unused materials. * Support with stock audits and site logistics where required.
