What you'll be doing
* Delivering a mix of site-based and office-based tasks across a variety of exciting and complex schemes.
* Managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations, remediation activities, and site operations.
* Logging exploratory holes, sampling soil and water, monitoring groundwater, and recording results to UK Standards.
* Compiling desk-study information, scheduling lab testing, analysing data, and preparing reports.
* Overseeing groundworks such as earthworks, foundations, and ground improvement operations.
* Coordinating with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience as a Geo-environmental Consultant / Engineering Geologist or in ground investigation.
* A relevant degree (Geosciences, Geology, Environmental Sciences, Geotechnics, etc.) – MSc welcome but not essential.
* Strong IT and report-writing skills, with a collaborative and organised working style.
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a desire to work towards Chartership.
* A proactive, can-do mindset and confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
