The successful engineer will be responsible for maximising equipment availability, improving asset performance, reducing repeat failures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and packaging operations. Sector Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience within Food, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated environments. Experience supporting continuous improvement projects. PLC fault-finding experience would be advantageous. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Will Benefit From £45,559.25 annual salary including shift allowance. Initial 18-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension up to three years. Potential opportunity to secure a permanent position as site expansion progresses. 6.4 weeks annual leave (including bank holidays, pro rata). Scheduled attainment bonus paid in November.
