Location: Wistow, LE8 (with the possibility of some home-working on certain days after the induction period)
Hours: 25 per week, Monday to Friday (9:30am – 3:00pm)
Rate of Pay: £15–£18 per hour depending on experience
Holiday: 28 days per year including bank holidays (pro rata if part-time)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to support an MD across household, lifestyle, and business matters.
Day to day, you’ll work from the MD’s home office, ensuring their professional and personal life runs smoothly. This will also include managing the logistics and administration of small well-being events.
This role would suit someone reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet, with excellent communication skills and proven PA or administrative experience. Confidence with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools is essential, and experience with event administration is a bonus.

Personal Assistant Duties
* Manage household and lifestyle administration (appointments, bills, travel, insurance, home maintenance, vet appointments, etc).
* Provide diary and inbox management, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
* Support business administration, such as report creation, research, and arranging meetings.
* Draft and respond to correspondence (emails, letters, messages) on behalf of the MD.
* Research and book family, business, and social activities.
* Support communication with schools and other key contacts.
* Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise, ensuring smooth running of tasks and projects.
* Coordinate and manage event logistics including invitations (digital and printed), guest lists, and RSVPs, confirmation, reminders, directions etc.
* Proactively ensure events run smoothly (although you will not be required to attend them).
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a PA or administrator.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly.
* Experience with event administration is highly desirable.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, online scheduling platforms, and budgeting tools.
